Unlike other manufacturers, our three-year warranty remains valid even if our components are used alongside other brands. For example, if you replace an existing vacuum regulator with a SUPERIOR™ vacuum regulator, it is still fully covered under our warranty something most competitors will not offer. Many other brands restrict or void warranties when their products are integrated with non-proprietary systems, leaving customers unprotected. These critical parts the vacuum regulator inlet/safety valve spring, ejector check valve spring, non-metallic inlet adapter, main vacuum regulator diaphragm, and vacuum regulator body screws have been specially engineered for exceptional longevity under normal operating conditions. Warranty Exclusions
The following are considered to be factors which are beyond the control of C.I.T. and may cause damage and/or require service that is specifically excluded from this warranty. They are not considered material defects in components nor defects in workmanship during manufacturing:

Impurities from gas supplies that may build up deposits on sealing and metering surfaces or create blockages in any passageway.

Water intrusion into any part of the assembly due to impurities or precipitants on check valve sealing surfaces.

Liquified chlorine or sulfur dioxide gas entering any assembly.

Physical damage caused by force, dropping, or other abuse.

Use of the product with incompatible materials not specifically designed for the assembly.

Operation beyond rated capacity, including feed rate or pressure limits.

Alteration of the design or use of parts not manufactured by C.I.T.

Improper disassembly or re-assembly of the equipment.
These exclusions are intended to clarify coverage and do not limit or eliminate other possible exclusions related to external environmental factors beyond the control of C.I.T.
